JBCPL is a leading contract manufacturer and supplier of medicated and herbal lozenges in various sizes like round, oval, egg, square shaped and types of packaging like blister, strip, pillow, twist wrap. With an internationally approved, state-of-the-art lozenges plant located at Daman, India, JBCPL produces more than 100 million lozenges per month. The facility is fully automated and conforms to the current GMP standards of modular design with double windows and epoxy monolithic flooring. 

At JBCPL, lozenges are made from well researched formulations under precise manufacturing techniques and stringent quality control methods. The latest technical processes involve constigrav/thermograv, cookers with vacuum chambers, dynamic mixers/tempering belts, rope formers and sizers, and cooling tunnels. 

Electronically controlled, fully automated, high performance German machines carry out all the processes right from weighing the raw material, to cooking, blending, flavouring, cooling and forming the hard candy. 

Each process area is filled with independent air-handling units. Critical areas are further fitted with high efficiency particulate air filters (HEPA), heating ventilations and air conditioning systems (HVAC).
